Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Weekends)
Salary: £9.90 per hour
Employment type: Permanent/Full Time
Hours per week: 16 hours
Days per week: Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shift on both days)

Located in the heart of the historic Cathedral Area in Leicester City Centre, St Martins House Conference Centre is the perfect venue for meetings, conferences, weddings and events. St Martins Lodge is located directly opposite St Martins House Conference Centre and offers 28 luxury bedrooms for those looking to stay in the city for business or leisure.
The role
Our Front Desk team are responsible for welcoming delegates to our conference centre and guests to St Martins Lodge. This is an important role that involves taking hotel room reservations, handling enquiries, cash handling, card payments, communicating with other departments, answering the telephone and being the first person a guest sees when arriving.
The shift pattern involves working an 8-hour shift on Saturdays and an 8-hour shift on Sundays. This is typically 9.00am to 5.30pm. Additional hours may also be available for holiday and sickness cover.
You must be well presented, enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service.
The Person
Experience within a similar role in a hotel or conference centre environment is desirable.
Great customer service skills.
Exemplary communication skills.
Great organisational and administrative skills.
Able to work weekends.
Experience of working with iHotel room booking system or similar would be an advantage.
